Congratulations were conveyed to Boldon Golf club who had won the Daily Mail Foursomes Competition, which was the first time it had been won by a League team since 1966.

Chester le Street Golf Club raised concerns over the incident they were involved with in their match versus Ramside at Chester le Street early in the season and in particular problems with ensuring all matches were on the course by 6:00 p.m. There was a general discussion on the matter and the NDUGC Executive Committee has agreed to examine the situation and if necessary make recommendations to the Member Clubs. There were no clear recommendations from the floor as to specific amendments to the Rules covering the starting of matches. This was the first time the current Executive Committee had received a specific complaint concerning this matter and it was the opinion of most Clubs present that the majority of matches were started and completed in the correct manner and hopefully that this was an isolated incident.

There being no further business the Meeting ended at 7:10 p.m.
